Todos los años tienen luces y sombras.

🔥☀️La luz de 2025, aparte de familia y amigos que son una (bendita) constante, han sido las personas con las que trabajo. Cuanto mas os conozco, más os quiero conocer, porque descubro nuevos brillos y matices. Con certeza, es el mejor momento profesional de mi vida.

👤🌚Las sombras me gusta traducirlas en aprendizajes. Y este año ha sido el de la (mala) salud. En octubre pillé un buen costipado/gripe que arrastro desde entonces y me ha hecho parar. No del todo, pero sí bajar el ritmo.

Y en estos meses de final de año, en ese “parar”, me he dado cuenta de una vocecita insidiosa en mi cabeza que repite:
“No es suficientemente bueno. No es suficiente.”
Una voz que en la vorágine del día a día susurra… pero que en el silencio de la Presencia se ha puesto a gritar.

Cuando la detecto, intento responderle:
“Está suficientemente bien. Todo está bien. Puedes descansar.”

Veremos si consigo convencerla durante 2026.

Every year has its lights and its shadows.

🔥☀️ The light of 2025 — beyond family and friends, who are a (blessed) constant — has been the people I work with. The more I get to know you, the more I want to keep getting to know you, because I keep discovering new depths and nuances. Without a doubt, this is the best professional moment of my life.

👤🌚 As for the shadows, I like to turn them into learnings. In October, I caught a nasty cold/flu that’s been lingering ever since—and it forced me to slow down. Not completely, but enough to feel the shift in pace.

And in these final months of the year, in that “slowing down,” I became aware of a quiet, insidious voice in my head that keeps repeating:
“It’s not good enough. Not good enough.”
A voice that usually whispers in the rush of daily life… but has started shouting in the silence of Presence.

When I catch it, I try to respond:
“It’s indeed good enough. Everything is fine. You can rest.”

We’ll see if I can convince it in 2026.
